MEDFORD - ? The families of two of the victims in the Medford massacre are planning to sue Suffolk County for negligence in connection with the shooting. The wife of Haven Drugs pharmacist Raymond Ferguson is asking for $10 million. Mrs. Ferguson faults the county for failing to take away suspect David Laffer?s guns before he killed the pharmacist, and three others, on Father?s Day. In addition, the family of Jaime Taccetta filed a notice of claim earlier this morning, also accusing Suffolk County of negligence.
