WEST BABYLON - Family and friends bid a tearful goodbye this morning to a fallen soldier from West Babylon.

Army Sgt. Bill McKenna was buried at Calverton National Cemetery.

As News 12 Long Island has reported, McKenna died of lymphoma in a Florida hospice on Tuesday. McKenna?s cancer is being linked to exposure to ?burn pits? in Iraq.

The 41-year-old served two tours of duty.
