WOODBURY - It is sentencing day for a former Suffolk lawmaker who has been convicted of fraud.

Last month, former Suffolk County Legislator George Guldi was found guilty of stealing more than $850,000 from his insurance company.

The money was supposed to be held in escrow to rebuild his Westhampton Beach home after it was destroyed by fire in 2008.

Guldi faces a maximum of 22 years behind bars.
