Elderly man crashes into Suffolk CVS

An elderly man and his wife are recovering after he crashed his car into the entrance of a Suffolk CVS. The scene unfolded yesterday afternoon

WADING RIVER - An elderly man and his wife are recovering after their car crashed into the entrance of a Suffolk CVS.

The scene unfolded yesterday afternoon at the CVS store on Route 25A in Wading River.

Riverhead police say 78-year-old Ronald Kucinski, of Wading River, slammed into the entrance just as his wife was about to leave the store. She was hurt by debris from the crash.

Both Kucinski and his wife Joan received minor injuries.
