WEST BABYLON - A car show was held in West Babylon Sunday for a great cause.

Nearly 100 cars were on display at the East Neck Auto Hot Rods and Racecar Show.

Proceeds will benefit the Wounded Warriors Project, which helps support injured veterans.

"I can't think of a better thing to contribute to than the wounded warriors," said John Careccia, an event organizer. "They put their lives on the line for us and give us our freedom."

The event was in its seventh year.
