East Meadow mom, Kirsten Schneider, charged under Leandra's Law

EAST MEADOW - An East Meadow mom pleaded not guilty to felony DWI charges today.
Police say 46-year-old Kirsten Schneider was arrested after she crashed into a stopped car on Newbridge Road in East Meadow. Authorities say she had her 10-year-old son in the car at the time.
The child and Schneider were both treated for minor injuries.
The 70-year-old driver of the other car was not injured.
