ROOSEVELT - A Roosevelt woman is accused of trying to open a bank account with a fake $100 bill and fake identification.

Police say Earlene Wilson walked into the Chase bank on Merrick Road in Merrick yesterday.

Wilson is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument and will be arraigned today.
