CENTER MORICHES - All charges were dropped against a middle school teacher accused of driving while ability impaired on the way to work.

Center Moriches teacher Tracey Forman side-swiped a parked on the way to her job in April. Police say she admitted to the arresting officer, "I think I should not have been driving. I had two shots last night."

Forman's attorney acknowledges she admitted to drinking the night before, but says it was a low amount and that she only appeared disoriented because of a reaction to medication.

Her attorney says the DA agreed to dismiss all the charges after tests showed her blood alcohol content was not over the limit and that she was not on drugs.

Forman says the arrest took a toll on her life and her job, but she is going to work to get things back to normal.
