FARMINGVILLE - Police are searching for the driver who ran down a Farmingville teen and left him in the road.

According to officials, the 14-year-old was hit early Saturday morning on Blue Point Road.

A passing motorist found the boy lying in the road with a serious head injury.

Police are looking for a car with front end and headlight damage.
