Driver in fatal Lindenhurst crash could face upgraded charges

LINDENHURST - There will be more court action today against the accused drunken driver charged in the crash that killed an 18-year-old honor student. Brittney Walsh died last month when police say a driver going almost 100 mph hit her car in Lindenhurst. Michael Grasing, of Babylon, is charged with DWI, but could face upgraded charges in the death of the teen.The District Attorney's Office says Grasing was speeding, running red lights and had a blood alcohol level nearly four times the limit.
