RIDGE - A Ridge man accused of driving high and killing his friend and his girlfriend will be in court today.
A toxicology report shows Thomas Smith smoked pot before the crash in Ridge last month.
The 20-year-old's truck slammed into a tree on the William Floyd Parkway.
Smith's girlfriend, Jacqueline Salvador and their friend Ryan Baumgartner were both killed.
Smith is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs.
