MANORVILLE - A person is now under arrest for alleged DWI in an early morning crash that left their passenger dead in Manorville.

The accident happened at around 3:30 a.m. on the Sunrise Highway. Police say a Jeep flipped over and landed in the woods.

Police say a passenger in the Jeep was killed and the driver arrested for DWI. The identities of both people are unknown.

The accident investigation shut down the highway's eastbound service road for more than six hours.
