According to investigators, 44-year-old Julio Acevedo was behind the wheel of a BMW that slammed into a livery cab carrying 21-year-olds Nathan and Raizy Glauber early Sunday morning.

BROOKLYN - Police in Bethlehem, Penn. say alleged hit-and-run driver Julio Acevedo has turned himself in to authorities.

Acevedo is accused in the hit-and-run that killed 21-year olds Nathan and Raizy Glauber and their prematurely-born child in Brooklyn.

Acevedo is accused of fleeing the scene of the crash. Police say he was driving a BMW when it slammed into a livery cab carrying the couple.
