Residents on Carriage Court in Dix Hills say a blighted home is causing problems, but they are unable to get anything done about it.

Annette Melchers, who lives next door to the blighted house, says it has been abandoned for six years. She is trying to sell her own home, but says she is having trouble finding a buyer because no one wants to live next to the eyesore.
