DIX HILLS - Residents will have a chance to speak out about a multimillion-dollar firehouse in Dix Hills today.

The Dix Hills Fire District says it wants to borrow $20 million to build a new facility.

The facility would include a new firehouse, training tower, maintenance building, a weight training room and two kitchens. The new facility would cost taxpayers about $120 a year for four years.

The hearing is today at noon at district headquarters.
