FARMINGVILLE - A Farmingville family is pleading for help finding their 15-year-old daughter who vanished from their home over the weekend. Sachem East freshman Alisa Papik was last seen at her home at about 3 a.m. Sunday morning. A taxi driver tells the family he may have seen the girl at the Ronkonkoma train station. Papik's distraught mother says she found out her daughter was talking to an older man who she met on an online dating site, MeetMe.comFriends have tried calling, texting and trying to reach the girl on social media, but so far, there has been no response.Dozens of friends and family members gathered in Farmingville this afternoon for a vigil, where they prayed for Papik's safe return.Anyone with information is urged to call the Suffolk Missing Person's Unit at 631-852-6040.
