CVS robbery has pharmacists on edge

SAYVILLE - The robbery of a Sayville pharmacy yesterday has renewed fears in both drug store workers and customers who are still mindful of the Medford pharmacy massacre that left four people dead.

Pharmacist Theresa Kolin, of East Northport, has been playing close attention to coverage of the recent pharmacy robberies, including the Medford slayings and the armed robbery at a CVS in Sayville yesterday. She says she's now constantly on guard at work.

Police are still searching for a suspect in yesterday's robbery. Police say the robber made off with 150 Oxycontin pills and no one was injured.
