Cuomo: Tax dollars to pay for inmate education
ALBANY - Gov. Andrew Cuomo says college educated inmates are less likely to commit new crimes.
Cuomo's office says it will cost about $5,000 a year to educate each prisoner.
The plan is for tax dollars to pay for the classes, however not everyone is on board with the idea.
