RIVERHEAD - A young Suffolk couple accused of robbing a Dunkin' Donuts and then leading police on a high-speed chase pleaded not guilty today. Police say Craig Cherney, 23, of Mastic Beach, and Kerri Crosby, 22, of Farmingville, were armed with a box cutter when they held up the Blue Point Dunkin' Donuts. Investigators say the robbery was caught on surveillance camera.After the hold-up, the two led police on a wild, 15-mile chase through eastern Suffolk before they crashed, according to officials. Cherney and Crosby are facing multiple traffic violations and robbery charges. A judge in Riverhead Criminal Court set $250,000 cash bail or $500,000 bond for Cherney, and $100,000 cash or $200,000 bond for Crosby.
