ITHICA, N.Y. - The Cornell University men's lacrosse team has been suspended because of an alleged hazing incident.

A university spokesman says last Friday the underage freshmen on Big Red's team were forced to drink alcohol.

Cornell's spokesman says the entire team’s schedule has been canceled after the hazing investigation.

There's no word exactly who might have been forced to drink.

There are 10 Long Islanders listed on the Cornell 41-man roster. Five of the 10 are freshmen.
