GILGO BEACH - Suffolk County police say they are heading back to Ocean Parkway to search for missing New Jersey prostitute Shannan Gilbert. Cops say they received new information yesterday that has lead them to believe Gilbert may be buried in the brush along Gilgo Beach. Police have not said when the latest search will begin. It has been almost a year since police began their investigation, and they say the case is anything but cold. However, police do not believe Gilbert is connected to the 10 bodies found even though all the victims are suspected of working in the sex trade business. Suffolk County Police Commissioner Richard Dormer says he thinks the killer is a Long Islander. In addition, Dormer believes that one person is responsible for the death of the eight young women, one man and toddler.

People around Jones Beach have their own theories, and they say they are not sure what police will find now that they have not before.
