MILLER PLACE - ? Cops say vandals have been targeting tires and mailboxes in two Suffolk County communities. Police say tires were slashed and mailboxes were destroyed on at least eight streets in Miller Place and Mount Sinai. The incident happened on Friday night into Saturday morning. Police say a small white vehicle may have been involved. Anyone with information is asked to call Suffolk Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
