Police say a man caught on surveillance footage held up a Citibank yesterday afternoon on Sunrise Highway in North Lindenhurst.

NORTH LINDENHURST - Police are looking for a suspected bank robber who may be behind a string of thefts in Suffolk.

Police say a man caught on surveillance footage held up a Citibank yesterday afternoon on Sunrise Highway in North Lindenhurst.

Police now say the man in the video is behind several other robberies over the last two weeks in Deer Park, Commack, East Farmingdale and Sayville.

Police are asking anyone who recognizes the man to call Suffolk Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS
