LAUREL - Police on the East End are now investigating the death of a jogger as a possible hit-and-run.
As previously reported, James Callaghan, 49, of Jamesport, died while jogging in January. Callaghan, a father of four, was an avid runner and was on Route 25 in Laurel when he was hit by at least two cars. Callaghan died in the road.
Officials say two drivers who hit Callaghan stopped, but told police he was already lying in the road.
