MANHASSET - ? Police say the man who drove drunk on a Nassau County golf course was going after a teen that made an obscene gesture. Chris Meier reportedly told police a teenager in a golf cart gestured toward him and that made him want to hit the teen with his car.

Police say Meier hit two golf carts, including one with the teen inside, and did about $10,000 worth of damage to the Deepdale Golf Course. The teen is expected to be OK.

Cops say Meier's blood alcohol level was more than double the legal limit when he was arrested Tuesday.
