Cops: Gunman Sang Ho Kim took his own life

Kim’s body was found floating in the Hudson River in Rockland County on Monday.

EAST GARDEN CITY - Officials say the gunman in the East Garden City shooting took his own life.

Nassau police say Sang Ho Kim shot himself in the mouth after leaving a suicide message on his sister’s voicemail.

Kim’s body was found floating in the Hudson River in Rockland County on Monday.

News 12 Long Island has learned drowning also contributed to his death.

Kim's 25-year-old victim was laid to rest Monday.

The CEO of SaveEnergy, John Hyung Choi, has been upgraded to stable condition, according to Newsday.
