WOODBURY - New details are emerging about the alleged suspect behind the Arizona shooting.
Investigators say Jared Lee Loughner was pulled over the morning of the shooting for running a red light.
Officials say since the 22-year-old had no warrant, he was let go.
Loughner also had previous encounters with the law but none of them involved making threats or hurting anyone.
If convicted of the top charges, Loughner could face the death penalty.
