CENTRAL ISLIP - Officials say an arrest has been made in connection to a deadly shooting last week in Central Islip.

Raesean Allen, 22, has been arraigned and charged with second-degree murder in the death of 25-year-old Matthew Gilmore.

Prosecutors say Allen shot Gilmore during a botched drug deal. The victim was allegedly selling marijuana to Gilmore when he was shot. Allen's attorney admits his client was there, but says he didn't pull the trigger.

Gilmore's death was the third murder in as many days last week.
