Cop accused of having affair while on duty due in court

WOODBURY - A Nassau County police officer accused of having affairs while on duty is expected back in court today.

Michael Tedesco is charged with official misconduct for spending hundreds of hours with other women while he was supposed to be working.

Tedesco is accused of making it seem like he was responding to police calls while spending time with two of his mistresses.

The investigation began when one of the women's neighbors alerted police to a patrol car that was always in the woman's driveway.
