WOODBURY - ? Officials say a critical decision will be made about the alleged murder confession from a Nassau correction officer.
According to Newsday, a state Supreme Court justice just ruled the confession can be used in court.
Police say they videotaped Kim Wolfe confessing to gunning down her ex-girlfriend and her uncle.
Investigators also say she went into detail about shooting her grandfather and kidnapping her niece back in June.
