Closing arguments to begin in trial of woman accused in fatal DWI

RIDGE - Closing arguments will begin today in the trial of a woman accused of driving drunk and killing a couple and her own baby. This is the second trial for Jennifer Jorgensen.

Police say the Miller Place woman plowed into a car in Ridge in 2008 and killed Robert and Mary Kelly. Jorgensen's baby died days after being delivered by C-section. Jorgensen's first trial for vehicular manslaughter ended in a hung jury last year. Jorgensen's lawyer insists tests showing she was drunk and high are not accurate.
