LEVITTOWN - Children in Levittown are learning at an early age to honor the nation's veterans.

Kindergarteners at Summit Lane Elementary School spent the day coloring greeting cards that will be presented to veterans.

In addition to the colorful pictures, the students brought in tokens and toiletries that will also be handed out. The Red Cross will collect the goodies at the end of the week.

Some students also brought in pictures of relatives who have served in the military, which will be placed on the school's Wall of Honor.
