Harry Patrick has been charged with eight counts of animal cruelty.

CENTRAL ISLIP - SPCA officials found seven dogs and a puppy at a Central Islip house living in their own waste and some of them on chains.

The homeowner, Harry Patrick, has been charged with eight counts of animal cruelty. 

The dogs also had Lyme Disease and ear infections.
