CENTERPORT - No charges will be filed against a Centerport man who was involved in a car crash that killed his girlfriend.

Marina Keegan died in May after Michael Gocksch's car flipped over in Cape Cod.

The court ruled there was no probable cause to charge Gocksch with vehicular homicide. Police said speed wasn't a factor, and both were wearing seatbelts. Keegan's father claims Gocksch fell asleep at the wheel.
