COLD SPRING - Officials announced on Thursday that the SUV of the suspect in the East Garden City shooting was found in Putnam County.

Police say every police agency in the state is searching for Sang Ho Kim, 63, of Flushing.

Officials say Kim’s Honda Pilot was found in Little Stony Point Park in Cold Spring. Schools in the area were closed for the day due to the search. Officers were seen Thursday morning searching with K-9 units along the Metro-North train tracks. The FBI and state police are now trying to locate the suspect in that area.

Officials are not releasing what was in the car, just that he was not in the vehicle.

According to police, Kim walked into Savenergy and shot two former co-workers Wednesday morning.

Chief Steven Skrynecki says Kim entered a room that was occupied by the owner and another employee, then opened fire immediately.

Police say an unnamed employee was killed, and that owner and CEO John Hyng Choi remains in critical condition.

Police say Kim's attack was fueled by a bad business deal. Kim was a vendor with the lighting fixture company and was seeking some sort of revenge against them.

A massive manhunt lasted throughout Wednesday on Long Island and continued north into Westchester County.

The Roosevelt Field Mall, nearby schools and businesses were all put on lockdown Wednesday after the shooting.
