WESTBURY - Some Nassau summer campers made a sweet treat today with the help of a chocolatier.
A total of 67 students enrolled in a cooking class at Hofstra Summer Camp in conjunction with Nassau BOCES Barry Tech. They made truffles and a chocolate lava cake.
Chocolatier Gerrard Molloy said the kids got to taste six different types of chocolate.
Chef and instructor Mike Delillo told the students that there are many professions they can go into through culinary arts.
