GARDEN CITY - A one-of-a-kind camp for disabled children is proving that anything is possible.

Camp Abilities is a sports camp for the visually impaired and blind. The four-day overnight outlet teaches children how to play every sport, from baseball to yoga to swimming.

The camp's motto is, “A loss of sight, never a loss of vision.”

At the end of the program, Camp Abilities held a special award ceremony where each child was honored for a sport that they excelled in.

Parents and camp officials say it's exciting to see how much the kids have progressed.
