A Glen Cove business owner has admitted he's been dumping toxic chemicals about 50 feet from the waterfront.

John Doxey, of Muttontown, was in court yesterday and admitted he dumped hydraulic fuel oil and other toxic automotive chemicals into the ground at his auto salvage yard.

The yard is 50-feet from a waterway that leads right into the Long Island Sound.
