BRENTWOOD - Dozens of Long Islanders who disagree with state lawmakers' plans to re-draw the political map rallied in Brentwood today. Demonstrators carried signs against the redistricting plans that would split up Brentwood and other communities with large minority populations. They say the new maps are designed to divide minority voters across the state, and they want Gov. Andrew Cuomo to veto them. State legislators say they've reached a deal to re-draw Senate and Assembly districts, but have not yet agreed upon new Congressional districts.Critics blast proposed redistricting plansEast End pols oppose state redistricting planRedistricting maps show Nassau picks up Assembly seat
