UNIONDALE - The boyfriend of the Hofstra University student who was killed by a Nassau County cop during a home invasion has stopped talking to police.

Bradley Wilson tells Newsday that police were accusatory, seemingly blaming the victims hours after an officer accidentally shot Andrea Rebello.

Wilson claims that police seem to want to show the students somehow brought on the home invasion themselves.

Nassau police will not comment and say it is an ongoing investigation.

Rebello was accidentally shot in May, as police responded to a home invasion at her house off campus.
