WOODBURY - Holiday shopping can get hectic for Long Islanders and their bank accounts. This Black Friday, the National Association of Federal Credit Unions is advising shoppers to write out a detailed gift list and stick to it. The group calls stores and malls "enemy territory," loaded with impulse buys that distract shoppers.
