BALDWIN HARBOR - Thousands of Long Islanders are still in the dark, and some are holding demonstrations to express their frustration with LIPA. Today, Baldwin Harbor residents are planning a rally against LIPA.

This is the third demonstration held by Long Islanders against LIPA this weekend. Residents in Oceanside held a rally on Friday, and yesterday, many people showed up to LIPA headquarters in Hicksville to demand answers from the company about why so many haven't gotten power back since Sandy hit the area.

The rally is scheduled for this afternoon.
