WOODBURY - A big battle is heating up in court for Woodbury-based Arizona Iced Tea. 

The owners of the billion-dollar company are headed to Nassau County Supreme Court.

The co-owners are fighting over hundreds of millions of dollars because one wants to buy the other out. However, a judge has to set a fair price.

The decision could determine if the company stays private, is sold or files for bankruptcy.
