FARMINGVILLE - One week after the deadly Medford pharmacy massacre another Suffolk drug store was robbed of prescription pills.

According to the police, at around 12:15 p.m. Sunday, a man entered a CVS pharmacy in Farmingville, approached the pharmacy service counter and asked if a specific prescription was available.

The man then left the store, and returning a short time later, he handed a pharmacy employee a note containing a threat demanding prescription drugs and cash.

Investigators say the man left the scene on foot, and describe him as a white male with a thin build, 5 feet 8 inches tall, in his twenties.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about this incident to contact the Sixth Squad at 631-854-8652 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential.
