RIVERHEAD - The woman allegedly attacked inside an East Hampton home by a former Goldman Sachs executive took the stand inside the Riverhead courthouse Tuesday.

For nearly an hour, the assistant district attorney questioned the 22-year-old woman who claims 38-year-old Jason Lee raped her in August 2013.

She described in detail how she says Lee pinned her down to the bathroom floor in an East Hampton rental home while she struggled to break free.

She described going to the hospital where she was examined for four hours, feeling "so embarrassed.”

“It was horrible," she said.

After a short break, Lee's defense attorney cross-examined the woman. She admitted to having somewhere between five and seven drinks over the course of the night. The defense pointed out what it called “inconsistencies” in statements the alleged victim made to police on the night in question and during her testimony.

During cross-examination, Lee's attorney presented pictures, even selfies, the woman took with Lee earlier that night. The woman insists she never consented to having sex with him the next morning.

Lee is charged with rape and assault. He faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
