An airman, who has served in Iraq for the past five years, is getting the greatest Christmas gift of all- being able to spend it

RONKONKOMA - An airman, who has served in Iraq for the past five years, is getting the greatest Christmas gift of all- being able to spend it home on Long Island with his family.

Sgt. Rick Seitz arrived at Long Island's Macarthur Airport earlier today to cheers and a sea of American flags brought out by his family and friends.

Seitz, a career soldier deployed three times, twice in Afghanistan and once in Iraq, is happy to be spending Christmas at home for the first time in six years.
