A suspected East End drug dealer is suing Southampton Town Police, accusing them of targeting him as part of a vendetta.According to Newsday, Craig Chillemi

SOUTHAMPTON - A suspected East End drug dealer is suing Southampton Town Police, accusing them of targeting him as part of a vendetta.According to Newsday, Craig Chillemi just filed a $1 million lawsuit against Lt. James Kiernan and officers Erik Sickles and Thomas Tully, alleging that they violated his rights when they arrested him in 2007.Chillemi says he was sent to prison because he was dating Tully's daughter. He also says Sickles planted cocaine on him. Sickles was suspended without pay last night by the town board. Meanwhile, Kiernan has been suspended since May.
