Accused cop killer claims he doesnt remember fatal rampage

BABYLON - An accused cop killed says he can not recall the rampage that left a Nassau cop and Brooklyn father dead.

Darrell Fuller is accused of gunning down officer Arthur Lopez, of Babylon and Raymond Facey in October.

According to Newsday, Fuller says he only remembers being shot and nothing else.

Police say Fuller staged his own shooting to look like a victim in the rampage.

Fuller is charged with first-degree Murder.

Fuller faces life in prison if convicted.
