Roshon Cooke, Shawnn McFadden, Daniel Osborne, Daniel Thompson, Allah Brown, Byron Dudley, Shaquana Basnight and Clifford Hawkins have been named in the case.

If convicted, each suspect faces 20 years in prison, forfeiture of more than $1 million and a $250,000 fine.
