Dec. 16 - . The other four suspects were ordered held without bail. All of the suspects requested to be put in special custody for their safety. New York police say officer Peter Figoski, a father of four, was killed early Monday during the men's botched armed robbery of a marijuana dealer living in a basement apartment in Brooklyn. They say Pride already was wanted in a non-fatal shooting in North Carolina but remained on the streets because arrest warrants didn't require his return there.

Figoski's wake will be held at the Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home in Babylon on Saturday and Sunday.

The highly decorated police officer's funeral will be held next Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church in Babylon.Law enforcement officials and public officials from around the region are expected to attend.
